Our Story

Circle 25 Ranch is owned and operated by Matt and Lauren Douglas. We’ve been asked several times how our ranch got its name. It actually came from two places. The number “25” comes from Matt’s Texas A&M football number on the back of his Aggie jersey. The ”circle” was named in honor of a little cafe in Matt’s hometown named “Circle W”. Matt would always go with his granddad and their nextdoor neighbor (who was like an adopted granddad) to drink coffee and listen to all their stories growing up. This is why growing up in a small town is so great. Other people besides family members invest in you to make you who you are.  Matt is forever grateful to the people in his hometown of White Oak, Texas. 

Lauren and Matt both graduated from Texas A&M, married, returned to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and started their family. Matt’s dream of returning to a small town came to fruition in 2016 when moving to Celina, Texas. We are proud to call Celina home as it shares many of the same hometown values and traditions Matt grew up with.  While we both bleed maroon cheering for the Aggies, you won’t find a bigger Celina Bobcat fan than in Circle 25 Ranch!
